Started hiking recently and using these shoes for my weekday urban walks. They are wide and comfortable and fit my feet perfectly, and are true to size. After 7 hours of walking in them, of which 2 were in persistent rain, I can vouch for these shoes. The only challenge was that the wet shoes did not dry very fast in cloudy weather so I probably won't hike with them out in the mountains where the weather is unpredictable.
