Please note: All orders placed on or after 1 July 2026 are final sale — no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

1. Orders placed on or after 1 July 2026

1.1 All such orders are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing.

1.2 This applies to every product, including full-price, promotional, sale, and clearance items.

1.3 Faulty products are the only exception. If a product develops a fault within the 6-month warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you. Please report the fault as soon as reasonably possible after you discover it. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, not as described, or does not match what was advertised.

1.4 To make a fault claim, email us at [your email] with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos help us resolve claims faster.

2. Orders placed before 1 July 2026

The following terms apply only to orders placed before 1 July 2026.

2.1 Returns. Non-defective items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in original, resaleable packaging. A 15% restocking and admin fee applies.

2.2 Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the 15% fee, within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

2.3 Faulty items. Covered by the 6-month warranty above — repaired, replaced, or refunded at no cost.

2.4 Return shipping. You cover return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Use a tracked service; we can't take responsibility for items lost in transit.

2.5 Sale and promotional purchases (Black Friday, seasonal, clearance). Returns were accepted within 7 days for store credit only; promotional purchases were final sale. Any store credit issued is non-transferable and usable only by the original purchaser.
