Sapmok Terms and Conditions

By using our website and making a purchase from Sapmok, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

1. Product Warranty and Returns

1.1 6-Month Warranty for Defects
Sapmok offers a 6-month warranty for defects on all products. If a product is found to be defective within 6 months of receipt, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you, provided it meets our warranty criteria.

1.2 Returns for Non-Defective Products
You may return non-defective products within 14 days from receipt. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. A 15% restocking and admin fee will be deducted from the refund.

1.3 Non-Refundable Products
Certain products may be excluded from returns for health and hygiene reasons, or if they are custom-made. Please refer to our Returns Policy for a detailed list.

1.4 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@sapmok.com. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Sapmok reserves the right to monitor, edit, or remove any content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for any comments you post.

4. Privacy and Personal Information

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). By making a purchase, you consent to the processing of your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

5. Order Refusals and Cancellations

5.1 Order Refusal and Cancellation
Sapmok reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, partially or completely, at its discretion. If your order is canceled, we will refund the full amount, excluding shipping fees, and subject to our refund policy.

5.2 Fraud Prevention
We may request documentation to verify an order. Failure to provide the necessary information may result in cancellation or refusal of payment.

6. Shipping Policy

6.1 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

6.2 Shipping Timeline
Orders will typically be processed within 1–3 business days, with shipping times ranging from 3–7 days depending on your location. We will notify you if tere are any delays.

6.3 Shipping Liability
Once an order has been shipped, Sapmok is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items during transit. Claims for damaged goods should be filed directly with the carrier.

7. General sales & clearance sales

7.1 Refund Policy
For general sales (including but not limited to Black Friday, seasonal sales, etc.), refunds will only be accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. After this period, we offer store credit for returned items, which can be used on future purchases.

7.2 Returns for Defective Items
If the item is defective or faulty, the product will be returned to us at no additional cost, and we will either repair, replace, or offer a refund within the 6-month warranty period. This applies only to defective items as per the warranty guidelines.

7.3 Condition of Return
All returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in resellable condition. If the item shows signs of use, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

7.4 Non-Defective Returns
Returns of non-defective items beyond 7 days will not be eligible for a refund, but we will provide store credit for the value of the product, minus a 15% restocking and administrative fee. The item must be returned in original, unused condition.

7.5 Promotional Periods
During promotional events like Black Friday or clearance sales, returns and exchanges are subject to the specific terms outlined in the promotion, and in most cases, store credit will be issued for returns after 7 days, not a refund.

7.6 Non-Transferable
Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.

8. Prohibited Uses

  • Uploading viruses or malware
  • Harassing, defaming, or discriminating against others

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sapmok’s liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the website or products is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.
