Sapmok Wholesale Order Process

Order Placement

All orders must be placed via our Cin7 B2B portal, or via e-mail at sales@sapmok.com.

Lead Times

Depending on the size of your order, requirements, and availability, lead times vary between 5 business days to 6 weeks (excluding courier).

Delivery and Shipping Terms

  • We provide free delivery to any of your store outlets within a 15 km radius from our headquarters. Alternatively, goods may be collected from our business premises, or we can book the courier for the delivery and invoice you the costs.
  • Sapmok will not be liable for any damage or lost goods during shipment. You have the option to get insurance on a shipment for an additional charge. Request a quote from us for approval and payment.
  • If you choose to get insurance, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the courier in case of any damage or lost orders during shipment. Sapmok will assist with necessary information but will not be responsible for claims or losses.

Minimum Order Requirements

A minimum order of 40 items is required for wholesale purchases for the first order, but our top-up system can be used thereafter.

Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price

  • Minimum Advertised Price Requirement: The Wholesaler agrees not to advertise, offer for sale, or sell any products covered by this Agreement at a price lower than the price established by Sapmok.
  • Compliance: The Wholesaler must ensure that sales and promotional activities comply with the Minimum Advertised Price policy. Strict adherence is required.
  • Notification of Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify the Minimum Advertised Price. You agree to implement changes within 30 days of receiving notice.
  • Non-Compliance: Breach of this policy may result in actions including formal warnings, termination of purchase rights, or legal remedies.
  • No Effect on Selling Price: The policy does not require selling at the Minimum Advertised Price; higher prices are permitted as long as the advertised price is not below the Minimum Advertised Price.

Payment Terms

  • Payment Method: By cash, electronic transfer, direct credit, or as agreed between you and Sapmok. Bank charges in the client's country will be for the client’s account.
  • Payment Deadline: Payment in full is required within 30 calendar days from the date of a written statement. An early payment discount of 2% is available if paid in full within 10 working days.

Warranties and Disclaimer

  • Sapmok Promise: We offer a 365-day warranty on manufacturing defects and free first re-sole for any Sapmok shoes purchased. Delivery costs for repairs are not included.
  • We are not liable for loss or damage if you are in breach of obligations. Ensure your posting address is correct on our invoice.
  • We are not responsible for any post that is lost, damaged, or delayed. You are responsible for the cost of postage or courier services for returns, while we cover the cost of sending repaired goods back.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, negligence, user abuse, inadequate care, or unauthorized alterations.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are welcome, provided that:

  • The product is undamaged, unused, with the original label and stickers.
  • The original packaging is undamaged and in its original condition with all seals intact (if applicable).
  • All returned goods are inspected to ensure they meet the above criteria.

Returns or exchanges remain at the sole discretion of Sapmok. Evidence may be required to support your request.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any costs, claims, damages (including indirect, special, penal, or consequential loss), penalties, actions, judgments, suits, expenses, or other amounts resulting from any act or omission in connection with these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Both parties can negotiate a resolution by discussing and finding a mutually acceptable solution.

Termination Clause

Any party wishing to terminate the contract must provide 30 days' written notice. Immediate termination is possible for failure to perform obligations, including Lead Times, Delivery and Shipping Terms, Manufacturer Required Retail Price, Payment Terms, Warranties and Disclaimer, Returns and Exchange Policy, Limitation of Liability.

General

  • Definitions: "Us/We" means SAPMOK (PTY) Ltd. "You/Wholesaler" means the person or company buying goods from us. "Goods/Products" means the products and/or services purchased by you from us.
