Rain is part of the plan. The Atlas waterproof rain jacket is built with dimpora® BIO, a membrane developed in Switzerland that challenges the idea that high performance has to start with fossil chemistry. It’s more than 60% biobased and designed for real-world use, so you stay dry without feeling wrapped in plastic.
What you’ll notice first is the comfort. This breathable, all-weather jacket helps block wind and rain while still letting heat and moisture escape, which is exactly what you want when you’re moving.
This is a co-branded piece with dimpora’s logo on the garment, because the tech deserves to be seen. Wear it on commutes, trails, travel days, and anywhere the forecast tries to ruin your plans.
The Sapmok Men’s Waterproof Jacket uses dimpora® BIO, a PFAS-free, solvent-free membrane developed using CoreLayer™ technology. It helps keep rain and wind out while allowing sweat and body heat to escape, so the jacket stays protective and comfortable in changing conditions.
Just a better way of making waterproof protection.
BIOBASED MATERIALS
A membrane with a majority of biobased content, without asking you to settle for less performance.
Membrane:
The guides and vets and conservationists who are out there in all conditions. Anyone who spends real time outdoors and needs gear that takes that as seriously as they do.
And honestly, anyone who doesn’t want to own ten jackets. Buy one good one. Wear it for years.
Inside this jacket is a dimpora® membrane — the hidden layer that keeps rain out while letting heat and moisture escape.
We chose it because performance was never enough on its own. This jacket needed a membrane that delivers reliable protection, but also reflects a better way of making technical products.
Serious performance, built differently.
A lot of waterproof gear still relies on PFAS, either in the water-repellent treatment (DWR) or in the membrane itself. Many membranes are also made using solvents.
That matters because PFAS (also known as forever chemicals) don’t break down easily and they build up in the environment, in water systems, and in living things. Solvents bring a different problem, adding impact during manufacturing and increasing the need for careful handling in production.
By partnering with Dimpora, we chose a membrane made without PFAS and without solvents — an approach that can reduce CO2 emissions during production by up to 96% compared with conventional solvent-based alternatives.*

A jacket that keeps rain out but traps heat and sweat in is just a different kind of miserable.
Built with millions of microscopic pores, dimpora® helps block rain while still letting excess heat and moisture escape. The result is protection that feels comfortable to wear, even over long hours in changing conditions.
That matters most when you wear it all day. A guide leading a game drive in a storm. A vet out in the field for hours. You need protection you can forget you’re wearing.
For this jacket, we chose a membrane with more than 60% biobased content. — the highest biobased share currently available in this category.
That means reducing dependence on fossil-based raw materials while still delivering the performance a jacket like this demands.
This jacket uses dimpora® BIO, specifically. A biobased membrane developed using CoreLayer™ technology.
CoreLayer™ is the technology behind dimpora® membranes. It allows the development of different membrane solutions using different raw materials and with different end-of-life goals in mind.
For us, that matters because it means we are not tied to one fixed membrane approach. We are building on a technology that can evolve over time, alongside better material choices, new ideas, and what comes next.
For the people wearing it, that means more than just reliable protection today. It means this jacket is backed by a technology designed to keep improving, not stand still.
