Terms & Conditions

  1. Organisers: The competition is run by Sapmok, Craghoppers, and Nikon South Africa.
  2. Eligibility: Open to South African residents, 18 years or older. Employees, agents, or contractors of Sapmok, Craghoppers, Nikon, and their immediate families may not enter.
  3. Competition Period: Opens 1 September 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 30 September 2025. No late entries will be accepted.
  4. Prize: One (1) couple will win a Spring Adventure Hamper valued at R24 000, including items from - Sapmok: 1x Pair of Men’s Chelsea Boots (R2999) and 1x Pair of Women’s Chelsea Boots (R2999), from Craghoppers South Africa: 1x Mens NosiLife Adventure LS Shirt (R2 299),1x Mens NosiLife Pro Pants (R2 899), 1x Womens NosiLife Adventure LS Shirt (R1 999), 1x Womens NosiLife Pro Pants (R2 799), from Nikon South Africa: 2 x Prostaff P310x42 binoculars (R3999 each). The prize is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or refundable. The organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal orgreater value if necessary.
  5. How to Enter:
    - Fill in the entry form on the Sapmok website.
    - Follow Sapmok, Craghoppers South Africa, and Nikon South Africa
    on Instagram and/or Facebook.
    - Comment and tag your partner or friend you’d share this adventure with. No purchase is necessary to enter. Participants are responsible for their own internet, mobile data, or other costs to enter.
  6. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from valid entries that meet all requirements. The draw process will be verified for fairness by an independent party or internal auditor. The organisers reserve the right to disqualify entries that appear to be from competition hunters, spam accounts, or automated systems.
  7. Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on Sapmok’s official social media pages by 7 October 2025. The winner will also be contacted directly via email or DM. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
  8. General: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Participants consent to their names, social media handles, and/or photos being used for marketing and publicity purposes related to this competition, without additional compensation.
  9. Personal Data & POPIA Compliance: Personal information provided by entrants will be collected and processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Data will be used solely for the administration of this competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
  10. Liability: The organisers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur in relation to the prize. The organisers will not be liable for technical issues (e.g., entries not received due to network failures).
  11. Right to Cancel/Amend: Sapmok, Craghoppers, and Nikon reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
