Terms and Conditions – Tandem Jump Giveaway
The Tandem Jump Giveaway (the “Competition”) is organized by Sapmok (“the Organizer”) in collaboration with Skydive Pretoria (“the Collaborator”).
Participation in the Competition is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: a. Participants must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to participate. b. Participants must be subscribers to the Organizer’s mailing list at the time of the winner selection. c. Participants must maintain an active subscription to the mailing list until the winner is announced.
Employees, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of the Organizer and Skydive Pretoria are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
By entering the Competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.
The Competition begins on 1st June and ends on 30 August (Please note the date has been extended). Only participants who meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in clause 2 and subscribe to the mailing list during this period will be considered for the prize.
The winner of the Competition will be selected randomly by the Organizer from the pool of eligible participants. The selection will take place in August and will be conducted in a fair and unbiased manner.
The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the selection. The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to confirm acceptance of the prize. If no response is received within this period, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize for the Competition is a free tandem jump with Skydive Pretoria, subject to availability and the terms and conditions set by Skydive Pretoria. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
The date and time of the tandem jump will be mutually agreed upon by the winner and Skydive Pretoria. The winner is responsible for arranging their own transportation to the designated jump location.
The Organizer and Skydive Pretoria reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues that may affect its fairness or integrity.
By participating in the Competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, Skydive Pretoria, and their respective employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, damages, claims, or actions of any kind arising from or in connection with the Competition or the use of the prize.
The Organizer reserves the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes related to the Competition without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Personal information collected from participants in the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will be handled in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Country/State].
By entering the Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
